Envirogo Tests on a cascades project

Envirogo flexibility

The Envirogo trailer is being utilized in Defiance Ohio for a cascade project. Cascades is a farm stormwater management technology used to reduce pollutants, especially nitrogen and phosphorus, to our waterways. The pollutants are discharged during a storm even whereby some of the fertilizer runs off.  By going through a series of ponds with grass ways in between them, solids are able to settle. As the water moves from one pond to the next over the grass, nutrients are absorbed by the plants vs going to the stream or river. This is one of many methods farmers are using to reduce pollutants.
